Demo
Tablebird, run from Boardbox
The interactive demo is built for a larger screen. Here is the story it walks through.
An idea
- 1Company. Ava has an idea, not a company. She starts by talking it through.
- 2Company. Boardbox works out what stage she’s at and sets its own agenda for the conversation.
- 3Company. It researches the market in the same conversation, with sources.
- 4Company. Everything it learns becomes the company’s memory.
- 5Company. Ava corrects it once. Every capability will read this version.
- 6Company. The first mockups arrive in the conversation, drawn from the document.
- 7Company. When there’s something to go and do, the discussion becomes an Initiative.
- 8Initiatives. One plan covers the site, the outreach and how success is measured.
- 9Build. The landing page is built from the same mockups, on Ava’s own coding plan.
- 10Sales. Outreach starts the same day, and nothing sends without her.
- 11Growth. Content goes out in the same voice as everything else.
- 12Automations. It sets up its own agent to keep watch.
- 13Observe. Four weeks in, it knows what the pilot should lead with.
First customers
- 1CIC. Tablebird has 120 restaurants. This morning, something is wrong.
- 2Insights. The drop lines up with one release.
- 3Operations. Support has already found the pattern.
- 4Operations. It traces the complaint to the exact change that caused it.
- 5Operations. The evidence moves to the backlog with it.
- 6Product. Everyone can see what’s broken and why it’s next.
- 7Initiatives. The fix is planned against a number, not a ticket.
- 8Initiatives. The screens come back into the conversation.
- 9Build. Build asks when a decision is Ava’s.
- 10Build. Shipped from the version she approved.
- 11Operations. Every affected customer hears back, in Tablebird’s voice.
- 12Growth. Onboarding gets the fix too, without leaving the Initiative.
- 13Observe. It checks the number it promised, two weeks later.
Growing
- 1Initiatives. Tablebird is launching for restaurant groups. It starts as one message.
- 2Initiatives. Before planning anything, it reads what the company already knows.
- 3Company. Every capability it calls reads this same page, so nothing is explained twice.
- 4Initiatives. One plan for every department, with the outcome it is accountable for.
- 5Initiatives. The screens come back into the conversation. Ava approves one exact version.
- 6Build. Build works from that version, and stops when a decision is Ava’s.
- 7Product. The launch’s tasks land on the roadmap without anyone copying them over.
- 8Sales. The funnel runs alongside the build, with 20 new groups researched every morning.
- 9Growth. Website, email, social and ads go out the same day, from the same plan.
- 10Video. The launch video is cut from the approved screens.
- 11Automations. After launch, the Initiative’s own agents keep watch and report every morning.
- 12Observe. Day 14. Every channel is judged against 15 paying groups, and it proposes a change.
- 13Growth. One approval moves marketing and sales at the same time.
- 14Operations. Support already knows the permission design, because it came from the same Initiative.
