Top-ups never expire

Your monthly budget refreshes in full each billing cycle — unused monthly budget doesn’t roll over. Top-ups are separate: they never expire and carry across cycles until you use them.

Why does Boardbox cost anything? Isn't this just on top of Claude?
Boardbox pays for the substrate chat apps don't ship: channels with specialist agents, versioned profiles, workspace + channel indexes, persistent media, Deep Agents, scheduled agents, co-authored artifacts, git-style history, and managed token usage. If you mostly use AI as a chatbox, Boardbox is more expensive. The bet is that persistent workspace memory and autonomous work are worth the difference.
What's the difference between Personal and Pro?
Personal ($20/mo) is one Personal workspace: chat with persistent, user-owned memory — profiles, artifacts, stances — and the same anti-sycophancy. It does not include autonomous agents, integrations, Opus, or Professional (company) workspaces. Pro ($100/mo) adds all of those. You can upgrade anytime in the billing portal.
What's the difference between Pro and Max?
Pro is $100/mo and Max is $200/mo. There is no feature difference; Max just includes more managed token budget. Switch between them anytime in the billing portal.
Do you mark up Claude tokens?
Included token budget is priced against our managed inference costs. Top-ups are available in $10/$25/$50 increments and add directly to your workspace balance.
What happens if I run out of tokens mid-month?
Agent responses pause until you top up or the next billing cycle refreshes your budget. Your monthly budget refreshes in full each cycle (unused monthly budget doesn't roll over). Top-ups stack on top and never expire, carrying across cycles until used.
Can I switch from Pro to Max or vice versa?
Yes, anytime, from the billing portal. Annual subscribers get the unused portion credited toward the new plan. Your workspace, profiles, artifacts, and history are unaffected.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months or unused top-ups. Cancel anytime via Stripe and you keep access until the period ends.
Is there a free trial?
