Boardbox does not resell inference or compute, and never marks it up. Agents run on the Claude Code or Codex subscription you already pay for, against your own fal.ai key, your own cloud, your own ad accounts. Your bill from us does not move when you have a busy week.
Every capability is included
There is no Growth add-on, no Video add-on, no Build or Design tier. Every plan opens all twelve surfaces on day one. What changes as you move up is the size of the organization using them.
Priced per company, not per seat
You are buying one command center for one company, not a headcount licence. Seats, environments and governance are what move you up a tier — not how many people happen to open the app.
Questions people actually ask
- What does “usage not included” mean?
- Boardbox does not sell you inference. When an agent plans an initiative, runs a build or triages a support case, it runs on the Claude Code or Codex subscription installed on your machine, and those tokens are billed by Anthropic or OpenAI at their price — not ours with a margin on top. The same goes for video generation (your fal.ai key), ad data (your ad accounts) and anything else metered. Your Boardbox invoice is the same every month regardless of how hard you use it.
- So what am I paying Boardbox for?
- The command center: the twelve surfaces, the memory your agents read, the approval gates that stand between an agent and your customers, the outcome loop that checks whether work actually moved the number it promised to move, and the desktop app that holds it together.
- What do I need before I can use it?
- A Mac, and at least one coding-agent subscription — Claude Code or Codex. Everything else (repositories, ad accounts, support inbox, metrics source) is connected when you want that capability, not before.
- Why is it priced per company instead of per seat?
- Because a founder running the whole company alone gets the same value as a five-person team sharing it, and charging by headcount would punish the smaller one. Seats, environments and governance controls are what separate the tiers.
- Can I buy it today?
- Not yet. Boardbox is in early access and onboarded by hand, a few founders and teams a week — the prices above are what it will cost, published now so nobody joins a list without knowing. Ask for access and we will talk before anyone is charged.
